- Course Objectives
Promote aquatic gymnastics and train qualified swimming instructors to become "Aquatic Fitness and Rehabilitation Instructors." Utilize various aquatic exercise methods to serve people in need, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses, to improve participants' physical function and enhance their quality of life. Upon completion of the program, instructors will be able to design aquatic fitness and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual participants' needs, adjusting and monitoring progress based on scientific principles and indicators.

- Enrollment Criteria
Holds a swimming teacher certificate issued by the Hong Kong Swimming Teachers Association
- Upon completion, a degree will be awarded.
Aquatic Health and Rehabilitation Instructor Certificate
- Upon completion, students will be awarded a professional title by the organizing committee.
Hong Kong Swimming Teachers Association Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist Teacher
- Certificate validity period: 5 years
